SHOW RULES
1 In Members’ classes, all exhibits
must have been grown
by the Exhibitor.
2 Any Exhibitor may take only one prize
per Class but entries
are unlimited.
3 The Judge’s decision on merit shall
be final and they
reserve the right to
withhold any prize and/or award in
the event of lack of
merit.
4 No exhibit to be removed before
4.00pm
5 All unreserved exhibits, or exhibits
which are reserved but
not removed by 4.15
pm will be sold for Association funds.
6 Exhibitors must provide their own
vases for those classes
where vases are not
provided but the Committee cannot
accept responsibility
for loss or damage thereto.
7 Any protest or objection made IN
WRITING will be
considered by the
Committee but their decision on this
or any other matter
pertaining to the Show shall be final.
8 Prize monies not collected on the
afternoon of the Show
will be repaid into
funds.
The making of an
entry by an Exhibitor is deemed
to be an acceptance of these rules.
